What is a Disability
A disability is a condition or function judged to be significantly impaired relative to the usual standard of an individual or group. The term is used to refer to individual functioning, including physical impairment, sensory impairment, cognitive impairment, intellectual impairment mental illness, and various types of chronic disease.

There is boy always wants to be alone, Mohamed all teacher said he is lazy and never study and always rank in the last class. A teacher tries to understand this problem and he didn't listen to her. She decided to write letter for the principle about Mohammed condition. Dear principle, I’m writing to you this today to talk about Mohammed condition. I just realized Mohammed is not really the lazy what think he is, we miss understood. Mohammed is the boy with disability; he is safer from dyslexia which is reading difficulty that result the writing and spelling difficulties too and do you how it feels from Mohammed to be child with dyslexia no one around understand him. It is just like chasm him and jacking him to be guilty when he doesn’t know what’s wrong with him. We bulling him, we locked him and we wondering him why he wants to be alone .It never was chose in the first place. It’s our responsibilities, we need to help him and we need to set him free. A child with disability can still make progress and helping a child with dyslexia need our emotional support because a childlike Mohammed need to be understood, so he can understand himself . He need more attention to make progress, he need love to feel safe and friend to make him smile.
Advantage
So to gather support children like Mohammed educationally and emotionally to help him to get thought and remember our support give them chances to try and successes and always be hope.
Disadvantage

It is also accompanied by difficulties in one or more of the following areas: physical and motor tasks, independent movement; performing daily living functions)

UAE and people with disability
The UAE sport for the people with disability by doing events, challenge sports and schools. But Dubai is embarking on Dh10 million studies that will steer it towards becoming one of the world's most disabled-friendly cities by 2020. Schools, hospitals, parks and transport are among the targets for change in the research.

Never ever blame yourself or your child for the situation.
Do not talk about their disability in front of them.
Try to encourage them to be self-dependent.
Let them do things which a child of their age would probably do.
Keep the communication channel open for them to share their feelings.

MEP Engineer, BUILDING SERVICES Engineer

Currently looking to fill a role MEP/Building Services Engineer for my client who is a specialist in infrastructure, healthcare, education and agriculture type of projects.




* Responsibilities . .

- Planning, designing and preparing detailed
- Drawings for required engineering facilities; preparing project budgets and required equipment; hiring, supervising and evaluating contractors;
- Testing and quality control; management and maintenance at periodic
- Intervals and performing all of these services in accordance with client or internal company requirements


 Requirements . . *
you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in civil Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of direct Middle East Experience.


*Key skills . .
- Ensure all design work is safe and carried out in a safe manner and conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards
- Ensure all Building Services engineering work on the projects assigned is carried out within the established budgets and schedules
- Liaise with client discipline representatives to establish technical direction where not provided by codes and standards
- Planning of man hour budgets, schedules, manpower loadings and staffing requirements, by skill and experience, to satisfy project requirements and direction given by the Engineer Manager
- Assist asset/client Lead Project Engineers in the definition of the Building Services engineering work in any project, design approach and criteria, procedures for engineering work and timely production of deliverables
- Coordination and preparation of input to Essential Building Services Documents, as defined by the client/contract. Where responsibility for update of the Master Documents is handed to the Lead Building Services Engineer, procedures shall be put in place to maintain document integrity
- Quality Assurance – responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance System
